Navigating in the Planner
To go to the planner click the Planner button on the clients Summary Tab.
PIC ONE
The planner conveys a wide variety of information. The most important information the planner shows is the upcoming client's shifts.
PIC TWO
Shift Status
- The Shift Legend Button covers every status
- Unassigned - These shifts are red, and indicate that the shift does not have a caregiver assigned to work it.
- Assigned - These shifts are blue, and show which caregiver is going to work the shift.
- Verified Complete - These shifts are green, and shows that a shift is ready for billing and payroll.
Caregiver Availability
- The bottom half of the planner shows the schedule of the caregivers already assigned to the client.
- This can help you track overtime and ensure caregivers are not assigned shifts back to back.
