Compliance and Credentials
Compliance and Credentials is a feature that tracks information for clients and caregivers. Many agencies use it in tandem with Actions to ensure that important information is tracked as well as give office staff reminders when documentation is expiring or a certain task is upcoming. These lists are managed separately as clients and caregivers often have different sets of requirements to be tracked. Clients have the Compliance List and Caregivers have the Credential list. Both of these lists are manged by Staff users, and can be found under the configuration menu.
On their respective configuration menus you can add, delete, or rename existing Compliance and Credentials options. Once something is added to either list it can be updated on the specific client or caregiver profile page.
Some items on each list might only have a completion or a expiration date while others may have both. Any item in the Expiration Date column will be automatically added as a Pending Action and as the expiration date comes closer it will create a pending action for you to review.
