Clients

Creating and maintaining client profiles in Rosemark is a simple process. If you want to create a new client profile, go to the Clients menu and at the bottom select "Add New".

The Summary tab provides an overview of the client's service as well as a starting point for the core functions of Rosemark. Most importantly, it tells you the current status of a client. Possible client statuses include:

The Info tab stores essential information about the client including their name, address, and contact information.

The compliance tab can be used to maintain and track important dates and milestones. The tasks themselves can be customized by agency staff to fit the business needs. For a more indepth explanation of Actions as well as Compliance and Credentials please reference those pages in the Wiki.

The condition tab is used to convey important medical information. Depending on your agency's settings some of this information may be visible to caregivers in the Rosemark Care App. Medicaid agencies also enter key information about the client here including patient ICD-10 diagnosis codes.

The Emergency tab can be used to store medical contacts and plans. If your agency has a Home Care Pulse integration the Responsible Party field is who Home Care Pulse will reach out to constant for surveys.

The Inquiry tab can serve as a small Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Agencies can track information not specifically relating to a client's care including the referal source, case worker information, as well as Medicare/Medicaid information.

The Communications tab is where the client number as well as Telephony (EVV) options.
