Surveys

There are multiple reasons why you should be using email surveys as part of your email marketing regimen. In the end it all boils down to increasing customer satisfaction and creating the best user experience for your leads and clients with marketing knowledge. When implemented properly, email surveys give your customers the opportunity to directly tell you their feelings about your products and services. You can create as many different surveys in as many different Groups as you would like. 

Create A Survey Question

Exercise 4A: Create A Survey Question

  1. Open up your GreenRope account

  2. Make sure you are in the group you created in the Implementation course (Exercise 4A)

  3. Click on the "Guide Me" button

  4. Complete the “Create A Survey Question” interactive exercise

For reference, here are the steps to creating a survey question:

  1. Open up your GreenRope account

  2. In the group drop-down list, select the group your email template is saved in

  3. Hover over Communicate

  4. Select Surveys

  5. Click “New Survey Question”

  6. Enter a Survey Code

    • The survey code is used to identify and link survey questions

  7. Enter your survey question

    • Optional: upload an image to include as part of your question

  8. Enter your survey answers

  9. Click “Save Question”

  1. Open up your GreenRope account

  3. Click on the "Guide Me" button

  4. Complete the “Create A Survey” interactive exercise

  5. Click “Create New Survey”

  6. Name your new survey

  7. Save

  8. Use the design options to customize the look of your survey

  9. Add your survey questions

    • Created in exercise 4A

  10. Click “Save Survey”
