Workflow Manager
Workflows
Workflows are a very powerful feature and are central to getting the most out of your GreenRope account. This is mostly due to their flexibility, and when used correctly, the Workflow Manager will act as your account’s personal assistant. When triggered, workflows can either do work for you (for example, moving contacts out of one group and adding them to another for example) or let you know when to do work (for example, scheduling phone call follow-ups). To put it simply, workflows is a series of events, actions and reactions.
