Broadcast Messaging

Broadcast Messages are another way for agencies to communicate with their caregivers. Most agencies use broadcast messages to share company wide information. Broadcast messages are sent from the Web Portal. To access it in the main Rosemark window click the Web! option.

In the Web Portal go the the settings menu, then go to the configuration menu, and select Broadcast Messages.

On the Broadcast Messages screen you can review any active messages or add a new message. To add a new message click the Add Message button.

When creating an outgoing message you will want to set the date interval. If you would like a message to be displayed indefinatly leave the through date blank and the message will display until you return to it and put the ending date in.

Clicking on a message lets you see more information including who has read the message.

These messages are sent via Telephony and the Mobile App. When logging in the broadcast message will play once they have entered their caregiver number. Caregivers using the mobile app will see a notification that they have an announcement and can view the message.
