Staff Verify Email Process
- Open Rosemark and click Login.
- Log in with the user whose email you want to verify.
- On the menu click ‘My Rosemark’ then select ‘My Profile’.
- Your profile window will appear with information about the logged in user. If an email address is in the Email field, click the ‘Verify Email’ button. If an email address is not in the 'Email' field, fill one in then click ‘Apply’ then click ‘Verify Email’.
*Note: If 'Verify Email' button is grayed out, the verification process is complete and you are all set.
- After clicking ‘Verify Email’ an email will be sent to the provided email address. A pop up will appear in the Rosemark application asking for the security code within the email. Check the user’s inbox for the email security code. This code will remain valid for 15 minutes.
- Enter the code from the email into the Please Respond box and click 'OK'.
- If the code was entered correctly , a success message will appear. The user’s email address is now verified.
