EVV Reporting - Tasks Report

The Task Report is a quick and easy way to report on: Clock In/Outs, Caregiver Location, tasks completed, tasks not completed or refused by the client, as well as any manual EVV and Reason codes (Medicaid shifts only).

The Tasks Report can be accessed from a number of places in Rosemark depending on the caregiver(s) and/or client(s) you want to report on. See also our Assignment Timesheet report.

To view the Tasks Report for all or selected Clients/Caregivers

Start by going to Reports > Tasks

From here you can choose from a number of report options via the checkboxes on the left, as well as how you want to organize the report - by Clients, by Caregivers or by shift, which displays the shifts chronologically.

Areas in red indicate an issue to review. Examples include missing clock in/outs, distance from client, or caregiver not calling from client phone.

For Medicaid agencies with active aggregator integrations (Sandata, HHAeXchange, or Tellus) Manual EVV events and corresponding reason codes will appear on the Tasks Report. Note that any telephony events will not have a caregiver or client signature as these can only be collected via the mobile app.

Note: We HIGHLY recommended agencies move all caregivers to the Rosemark Caregiver App if possible. 

 

To view the Tasks Report for selected Clients/Caregivers click the 'Select' button to open a list where you can choose who should be included in the report. To select more than one hold down the Ctrl key and click on the names.

To view the Task Report for only one client or caregiver

Start from their profile and go to the File menu > Tasks Report.
