PRICING:
Registration fees (per person) are as follows:
· Registration: $390 (until Dec. 15, 2018)
· Late Registration, if spaces are available: $700 (Dec. 16 – Mar. 1, 2019)
We have only 73 spots available and will begin a waiting list when they are filled.
If you are unable to attend, we would still encourage you to send a vice president or dean in your stead. We would love for your college to be represented!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Taking place at the Baylor Research and Innovation Collaborative, the conference will provide you and dozens of other college and university presidents with the opportunity to learn from one another through workshops, panel discussions, and guest speakers.
The presidents’ conference seeks to accomplish two goals:
1) Conduct research about the most common pain points and challenges facing colleges and universities today.
2) Equip you with new knowledge and strategies that you can implement for the benefit of your institution.
For information about guest speakers for the conference, please view the attached document.
All meals (two breakfasts, two lunches, and one dinner) will be provided. A celebration and reception will also be held for all conference attendees on the evening of March 21st at the Hilton hotel.
TRAVEL OPTIONS:
Waco Regional Airport:
Waco has a small airport if you would prefer to fly directly into the city. The Hilton provides a free shuttle to and from the airport.
DFW Airport: and Waco Streak:
Many also choose to fly into the DFW airport, then book a spot on the Waco Streak, a shuttle with continuous service between Dallas and Waco. Spots must be booked in advance, and travel time is about two hours.
Once in Waco, The Hilton also provides free shuttles between the hotel and the BRIC.
