Chamber Newsletter Headline 2017
February 8, 2018

Deer Valley Ski Resort is one of the jewels of the Wasatch Back, and the Deer Crest area (near Jordanelle) provides tremendous tax relief to Wasatch County residents by way of the many second and third homes located in this area.  For many years now, this area has been planned for significant development, including trails, ski runs, housing units, retail businesses, and new resort hotels.

During next week’s monthly Chamber luncheon, representatives from the Extell Development group will share their development plans which will include a new hotel and the creation of various recreational amenities.  Over time, this area will become a major hub for skiing and outdoor recreation, and we anticipate this development having positive impacts on other businesses throughout the Heber Valley area.  We hope you will join us for this lunch and learn about some of the many plans to further enhance Wasatch County’s tourism industry.

Best Regards,

Ryan Starks

For Julie Giles owner and operator of the Heber Valley UPS store it has been the perfect recipe for success. Read More
