Strengthening your Core Competencies in coaching through a holistic, whole-being, whole-body, and Consciousness Perspective.  

These asynchronous, self-study courses offer new perspectives for those coaches looking to level up in their practice.  They invite coaches and their clients to look through different lenses for exploration and action. Learn Jean Gebser's 5 Structures of Consciousness: Mental, Mythical, Intuitive/Magic, Archaic, and Integral. 

The courses are grounded in body awareness and reinforce the core competencies of coaching in unique new ways.  An overview of the unique model and various approaches of the Mental and Mythical Structure of Consciousness have been presented in depth in Level Up! Whole Being Coaching — Part 1. Level Up! Whole Being Coaching — Part 2 begins with a brief description and demonstrations of the 3 remaining Structures of Consciousness: Intuitive/Magic, Archaic, and Integral.

Organization of Content    
Each of the Structures of Consciousness starts with a faculty-led discussion of the Structure. Each Structure of Consciousness has 4-8 approaches or modules.    

Each approach includes:    

A card-like summary of the approach.
An overview of when to use, how to use, and the results for the approach.
Recordings of faculty demonstration followed by a student return demonstration.
Discussion between faculty and students about coaching core competencies. 
A short quiz before to moving on to the next module of the training.

Learning Outcome:

100% of learners will be able to correctly answer all module post-test questions demonstrating the core competencies in a variety of whole being coaching approaches that can be integrated into their current professional practice.

Completion Requirements

To complete each course, the student is required to do the following:

1. Watch all instructional videos and complete the quiz questions after each module. (All quiz questions must be answered correctly in order to move on to subsequent modules.)

2. Complete and submit evaluation of the course. (Participants will have two months to complete each course.)

This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the American Holistic Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.     Approval #1796.

Makeup Work

There is no Make-up work allowed for this course. Each module must be completed in order to receive a certificate of completion for nurse contact hours and or ICF CCE hours.
