TITLE: Time Management
DESCRIPTION: If you have ever heard yourself say, “If I just had more time!” then this is the workshop for you. In this workshop, attendees will learn common time wasters and how to minimize them, strategies to increase productivity, creating and implementing an easy time management system, and some time saving organization tips.
OUTLINE:
• Identify and eliminate current time wasters
• A step-by-step plan on time management
• Creating a project plan
• Prioritizing
• Other management tools: paper management, email management, document management
